The terms and policies that apply when you use LaraLMS.
If a course is not what you expected, you can ask for your money back. No form to fill in and no reason required.
The 30-day guarantee
Ask for a refund within 30 days of buying a course and we will refund it in full, provided you have watched less than half of it. Watching more than half counts as having used the course.
How to request one
- Email us from the address on your account and tell us which course it is.
- We confirm within one working day.
- The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
What is not refundable
- Courses bought more than 30 days ago
- Courses you have already finished or earned a certificate for
- Accounts we have closed for breaching our terms
Repeated requests
The guarantee is there so you can buy without risk. If an account refunds most of what it buys, we may ask it to stop buying rather than keep refunding.
